Free for everyone in India

For users in India, HireFresher is completely free — every template, every PDF download, the ATS checker and AI writing help, with no limit, no card, and no payment. Building, editing, and previewing a resume are free for everyone, everywhere. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter — do not enter false qualifications or impersonate others.

Paid downloads (outside India)

For users outside India, building, editing, previewing, and the ATS check remain free, but downloading a resume as a PDF requires a one-time payment. Pricing shown at purchase:

• Single template — $5 (USD): unlocks the template you are downloading, with unlimited downloads for 3 days.
• All templates — $9 (USD): unlocks every template, with unlimited downloads for 7 days.

Payment

Paid downloads are processed securely by Razorpay and charged in US Dollars (USD). Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We do not store your card or banking details.

Access duration & expiry

Paid access is time-bound (3 days for a single template, 7 days for all templates) from the time of purchase. During that window you can download as much as you like. After it ends, downloads stop until you purchase again; resumes you already downloaded remain yours, and building, editing, and previewing stay free.

Refunds

Downloads are digital products delivered instantly, so purchases are generally non-refundable once access is granted. We do resolve failed or duplicate payments, and where a refund is approved the related template access is withdrawn from your account. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Failed & duplicate payments

If your payment fails but you are charged, or you are charged more than once for the same purchase, contact us with your payment reference and we will verify and refund the incorrect charge.

Cancellation

Purchases are one-time and time-bound — there is no recurring subscription to cancel. Access simply ends when the validity period expires.

Your content

You keep ownership of the resume content you create. You grant us permission only to store and process it so we can provide the service to you.

User responsibilities

Use HireFresher only for lawful purposes and for creating your own genuine resume. Do not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or upload unlawful content.

Service availability

The service is offered “as is”. We aim to keep it available and accurate, but features and limits may change as the product develops, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Limitation of liability

HireFresher is a resume-building tool. We do not guarantee interviews, shortlisting, or job offers — hiring outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the previous three months.
