Refund Policy

Building, editing, previewing, and the ATS check are free for everyone. In India, HireFresher is completely free — every template and every download, with no payment. This policy applies only to the optional one-time download purchases available outside India: $5 (USD) for a single template with 3 days of access, or $9 (USD) for all templates with 7 days of access, processed by Razorpay.
Digital products — generally non-refundable
These are digital products delivered instantly. Once access is granted to your account, the purchase is generally non-refundable, because the product has already been delivered and can be downloaded immediately.
When we do refund
- Duplicate payment: you were charged more than once for the same purchase.
- Failed transaction: your payment was deducted but premium access was not granted.
- Technical issue on our side: a verified fault prevented you from downloading the template you paid for during your access period.
When we approve a refund, access to the template(s) you purchased is withdrawn from your account automatically.
How to request a refund
Email riteshpanda292@gmail.com within 7 days of the charge with your payment reference / Razorpay order ID and the email or phone number on your account. We verify eligible requests and process approved refunds to your original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days (bank timelines may vary).
No subscriptions
All purchases are one-time and time-bound (3-day or 7-day access). There is no recurring subscription and nothing to cancel — access simply ends when the validity period expires.
