Refund Policy

Digital products — generally non-refundable

Premium templates are digital products delivered instantly. Once premium access is granted to your account, the purchase is generally non-refundable, because the product has already been delivered and can be downloaded immediately.

When we do refund

• Duplicate payment: you were charged more than once for the same purchase.
• Failed transaction: your payment was deducted but premium access was not granted.
• Technical issue on our side: a verified fault prevented you from downloading the premium template you paid for during your access period.

How to request a refund

Email riteshpanda292@gmail.com within 7 days of the charge with your payment reference / Razorpay order ID and the email or phone number on your account. We verify eligible requests and process approved refunds to your original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days (bank timelines may vary).

No subscriptions

All purchases are one-time and time-bound (3-day or 7-day access). There is no recurring subscription and nothing to cancel — access simply ends when the validity period expires.
