Job Title: Curriculum Developer - English / Hindi / French / Spanish / SST (or) Global Perspectives School: Chrysalis High School, Gunjur, Bengaluru Department: Academics & Curriculum Reports To: Principal (academic outputs also reviewed by Chairman & CEO) Employment: Type Full-Time Start Date: August 2026 (pre-launch phase — no students in Year 1) Curriculum: Cambridge International (CAIE) — Primary through Lower Secondary Key Responsibilities: • Curriculum Framework & Architecture • Lesson Planning & Resource Development • CAIE Affiliation Support • Teacher Recruitment & Induction • Admissions Support & Parent Engagement • Assessment, Data & Quality Assurance • Inclusion, Differentiation & Global Competence Qualifications & Experience • Master’s degree in Education, Curriculum Design in a relevant subject discipline. • A Bachelor’s with exceptional experience will be considered. • Deep, working knowledge of the Cambridge Primary and Lower Secondary curriculum frameworks in one of the subjects such as English / Hindi / French / Spanish / SST or Global Perspectives. • Minimum 2–7 years of experience in a Cambridge International school environment, with direct experience in curriculum planning and CAIE-aligned teaching. • Demonstrated experience writing Schemes of Work, unit plans, and assessment frameworks for Cambridge Primary and Lower Secondary programmes. • Cambridge PDQ (Professional Development Qualification) or CICTL certification is preferred. • Prior experience as a curriculum coordinator, head of department, or academic lead in an international school is an added advantage. • Experience supporting a CAIE affiliation process or Cambridge School Review is highly desirable.
