🚨 WE ARE HIRING | ELECTRICAL & AUTOMATION ENGINEER – PLC & SCADA Aquaindica Techno Solutions Private Limited | Pune, Maharashtra Aquaindica Techno Solutions is a growing startup working in the Water, Wastewater & Irrigation sector, delivering Concept-to-Execution projects using innovative and sustainable technologies including Nanobubbles, Ultrasound Applications, non-chemical treatment methods, energy-efficient pumping, automation and advanced water management solutions. We are looking for an experienced Electrical & Automation Engineer (PLC & SCADA) who can take ownership of automation activities from concept, design and programming through testing, commissioning and site execution. 🔹 Position: Electrical & Automation Engineer – PLC & SCADA 📍 Location: Pune, Maharashtra 💼 Experience: Minimum 3+ Years – Mandatory 🏢 Work Model: 50% Office – Design & Planning | 50% Site – Execution 📋 Engagement: Minimum 3 Months Probationary Period; permanent confirmation will be based on performance review. 🔹 Key Technical Requirements • Ability to develop PLC logic from scratch using Ladder/FBD with minimal supervision • Hands-on experience with Siemens, Schneider & Delta PLC, HMI and VFD systems • Electrical SLD and panel layout development • Testing & commissioning of switchgear control panels and VFD panels • Site commissioning, wiring troubleshooting and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) • PLC & SCADA design, development, execution and commissioning • HMI/SCADA development, trends and RTU communication setup • PLC I/O module testing, debugging and firmware validation • Control system architecture and communication system development • VFD control and power panel design & engineering 🔹 Project Responsibilities The selected candidate will be responsible for: • Understanding client requirements and collecting mechanical, electrical and automation requirements • Developing automation logic for water supply systems, treatment plants, pumping systems, dosing systems and remote monitoring networks • Monitoring and automation of flow, pressure, level and water-quality parameters • Developing customized PLC programs and testing system efficiency • Preparing P&ID, BOM, I/O List, testing & commissioning checklists and Site Test Plans • Preparing system operation manuals • Electrical/mechanical schematic preparation, panel wiring and loop checking • Defining automation testing criteria before final installation • Testing and commissioning projects safely and efficiently at site • Providing operator training and technical support to customers • Troubleshooting PLC, SCADA, hardware and system errors • Preparing BOQ and bid proposals 🔹 Education & Experience Required: 🎓 Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in: - Electrical Engineering - Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering - Instrumentation Engineering - Mechanical Engineering - Similar relevant discipline Experience & Skills: ✅ Minimum 3 years of experience as a PLC Programmer ✅ PLC technical certification ✅ Strong knowledge of PLC & SCADA automation software and programming ✅ Experience in PLC/SCADA design, execution and commissioning ✅ Knowledge of electro-mechanical systems in Water Utilities, ETP/STP ✅ Electrical and mechanical engineering experience preferred ✅ Knowledge of software design principles ✅ Proficiency in CAD / AutoCAD ✅ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision ✅ Willingness to undertake site work and travel whenever required 🔹 What We Are Looking For 🔹 Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills 🔹 Ability to work independently at project sites 🔹 Strong technical communication skills 🔹 Ability to explain automation logic and systems to non-technical clients 🔹 A practical, hands-on approach to PLC, electrical and automation troubleshooting 🔹 Willingness to take ownership of projects from design to commissioning 📩 How to Apply Interested candidates are requested to share their updated CV and mention: 1.
