Role Description This full-time Salesforce Developer role is a hybrid position based in Pune Division, with flexibility for part-time work from home. The Salesforce Developer will design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions, customizing Salesforce.com applications to meet business requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and enhancing Lightning Web Components, developing and optimizing Visualforce pages, and configuring Salesforce.com objects, workflows, and validation rules. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, translating them into technical designs, troubleshooting and resolving system issues, and ensuring adherence to best practices in Salesforce development and administration. The developer will participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities to ensure stable and scalable solutions. Qualifications Strong Salesforce.com Development experience, including customization of standard and custom objects. Proficiency in Lightning Web Components and related front-end development within the Salesforce platform. Hands-on experience with Visualforce Pages for UI development and customization. Practical knowledge of Salesforce.com Administration, including configuration, security settings, and user management. Experience working with core Salesforce.com features such as workflows, process builder, triggers, and integrations. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, REST/SOAP APIs, and integration patterns. Ability to gather and analyze requirements, document technical solutions, and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I, Administrator) are highly desirable. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, manage time independently, and collaborate within diverse teams.
