Experience: Freshers Stipend: Upto 21k CTC Education: BE / B.Tech (IT / Electronics / Computer) Preference: Local candidates with fluency in English Key Responsibilities: Provide on-site and remote technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues. Troubleshoot and resolve desktop-related issues, including operating system errors, application problems, and peripheral devices (printers, scanners, etc.). Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and other end-user devices. Set up and maintain user accounts, email, and other IT-related services. Support the deployment and setup of new hardware and software systems. Document all support activities and incidents in the helpdesk system, ensuring accurate records and timely follow-ups. Collaborate with senior support engineers and other IT staff to address complex technical issues. Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of desktop hardware and software troubleshooting. Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, MacOS, Linux). Understanding of networking principles (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP). Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other standard business applications. Familiarity with remote desktop software and helpdesk tools is an advantage. Required Skills Good English communication skills (written and verbal). Basic understanding of engineering concepts and industrial practices. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes. Teamwork and interpersonal skills.
