Role Description The Full-stack Developer will design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications, working across both front-end and back-end components. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing user interfaces, developing server-side logic and APIs, integrating databases, and ensuring application performance, security, and scalability. The role involves collaborating with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate requirements into technical solutions, reviewing code, and participating in agile ceremonies. The developer will also troubleshoot issues, optimize existing features, and contribute to technical documentation and best practices. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. Qualifications Strong foundation in Full-Stack Development and Software Development, with experience building and maintaining production web applications. Proficiency in Front-End Development, including modern JavaScript frameworks and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) for responsive, accessible user interfaces. Hands-on experience in Back-End Web Development, including RESTful APIs, server-side frameworks, and database integration. Ability to work with version control systems (e.g., Git) and follow clean coding, testing, and documentation practices. Experience with agile methodologies, collaborative teamwork, and effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Knowledge of cloud platforms, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
