Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tender Engineer (0–1 years of experience) based in Gurugram. The Tender Engineer will support the preparation of technical and commercial bids for aviation and defense projects, including gathering requirements, reviewing tender documents, and coordinating with internal teams to compile accurate proposals. Day-to-day tasks include data collection, basic cost estimation, documentation, and ensuring compliance with client and regulatory specifications. The role involves maintaining tender records, assisting in bid submissions, tracking deadlines, and supporting communication with OEM partners and other stakeholders as needed. The Tender Engineer will also collaborate with senior engineers and project managers to refine tender content and improve bid quality over time.
