This isn't a traditional job or a standard internship—it’s an open collaboration program designed for aspiring data analysts to gain hands-on, real-world experience. If you are self-taught, a student, or transitioning careers, this is a space for you to work on actual business data, build your portfolio, and learn by doing alongside our team. What You’ll Do Wrangle Real Data: Clean, organize, and make sense of messy datasets. Query & Extract: Use basic SQL to pull the numbers you need. Build Dashboards: Create simple, effective visual reports using Excel, Power BI, or Tableau. Share Insights: Look beyond the numbers to find actual trends and tell us what they mean. Who You Are Passionate about data and eager to learn (no specific degree required). Solid with Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, basic formulas). Familiar with foundational SQL. Bonus points: If you know a bit of Python, R, or have built dashboards before. Curious, driven, and comfortable asking questions.
