Role Description The Engineer will work on-site in Hyderabad in a full-time capacity, supporting technical feasibility , financial and market research projects with technical, analytical, and data-driven contributions. Day-to-day responsibilities include collecting and analyzing technical and financial data, assisting in preparation of detailed project reports, and contributing to feasibility studies and risk assessments. The role involves collaborating with research and consulting teams to assess, evaluate project reports given by client companies seeking bank loan facilities about their correctness, validating the assumptions with field inspections, client interactions, model project scenarios, validate engineering assumptions, and align technical insights with financial outcomes. The Engineer will help refine methodologies, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory guidelines. The position also includes continuous learning about industry trends, client requirements, and sector-specific dynamics to enhance the quality of analysis delivered. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong engineering,analytical skills, with the ability to interpret technical, financial (like cost of machinery, cost of construction ), and market data accurately. Candidates should possess solid engineering fundamentals relevant to project appraisal, including understanding of project design, costing, and technical feasibility. Candidates should possess proficiency in documentation and report writing, with attention to detail and clarity in presenting complex information. Candidates should possess competency in using productivity and data tools (e.g., word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, data analysis software) to support research and modeling. Candidates should possess effective communication and collaboration skills to work with multidisciplinary teams and interact with clients and financing banks when required. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic or related discipline); additional qualifications in finance, business, or data analysis are an advantage. Prior experience in project appraisal, consulting, banking, or financial services is beneficial, along with familiarity with risk assessment and industry studies. Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad HQ office, manage multiple assignments, and uphold high standards of integrity and professional ethics. He /she should be ready to visit factories, project locations anywhere in India. He / she should be resident of Hyderabad or be willing to relocate to Hyderabad at his / her own cost.
