This isn't a traditional job or a standard internship—it’s an open collaboration program designed for aspiring app developers to gain hands-on, real-world experience. If you are self-taught, a boot-camp graduate, a student, or transitioning careers, this is a space for you to write actual production code, build your portfolio, and learn by doing alongside our team. What You’ll Do Build Mobile Interfaces: Translate UI/UX designs into responsive, user-friendly mobile screens for iOS or Android. Develop & Integrate: Write clean code to implement app features and connect the front-end to backend APIs and databases. Test & Debug: Run your code on emulators and physical devices to troubleshoot crashes, fix bugs, and ensure smooth performance. Collaborate on Code: Use Git and GitHub to manage version control, push your updates, and participate in code reviews with the development team. Who You Are Passionate about mobile development and eager to learn (no specific computer science degree required). Solid grasp of at least one mobile programming language or framework (such as Flutter, React Native, Swift, Kotlin, or Java). Familiar with the basics of mobile UI design principles and application lifecycles. Bonus points: If you have built your own mobile projects, know how to handle state management, or have successfully deployed an app to the App Store or Google Play.
